I'm a Registered Dietitian turned business strategist with 15+ years of experience in online business and marketing.

The Nourished CEO has generated over $3 million in cumulative revenue since I entered the business coaching space in 2019, and it has all been built on a 20-hour workweek, around a life I designed intentionally.
