First as a health expert, and now as a trusted business mentor to coaches and practitioners.

My journey began in 2011 with a deep passion for nutrition and a desire to create more freedom, purpose, and income through entrepreneurship.

I grew a successful multi-six-figure coaching business by combining clinical expertise with strategic online business practices, and learned a lot of lessons the hard way.

Today, I help health professionals and service-based experts design and scale their signature programs using ethical, results-driven marketing and sales strategies that honor both their expertise and their values.

Fun facts about me...

I've been involved in the online business world since 2011, both behind the scenes for a very popular multi-7-figure health business and building my own to multi-6-figures.
I'm originally from New Jersey but now happily live in the Raleigh area of North Carolina with my Ohio-transplanted husband.
I had my first baby girl at 35 and was pleasantly surprised to discover how much I enjoy being a mom (even with all of its challenges!)
Before I became a registered dietitian nutritionist, I studied psychology in college and at one point almost went to art school.
I love traveling and I lived in Australia for close to a year and a half. I'm hoping to do more of it once we get out of the baby/toddler phase with our little ones!
